Identification Tags
Description: Aluminum "Dog Tag" style Identification tagCustom engraved, blank on the obverse side, with name, address, city, state, and telephone number on the reverse side of the tag as shown, We can typically engrave four lines on a side (We no longer have a maximum number of characters per line!).
Color choices available: Purple, Silver (Plain), Blue, Black, Gold, Green, Red, Pink
Included is a 24" ball type Stainless Steel Neck Chain (can be cut to length) and a small SS Split Ring
Cost per item: $3.95/each with one side engraved. $1.00 additional for the second side engraved.
Can be further engraved on the reverse. (With information that did not fit on front, or Troop/Pack number, Allergy Information, Diabetic, etc.) Pictures too! Extra Charge may apply: $1

We do single tag orders for new additions to your troop or others at your request!
Cost per item: $3.95/each, plus 6% Georgia Sales Tax as appropriate for Cobb County (If you are a resident of Georgia)
Postage: If sent to group by US Mail: $4.05 (any amount of tags over 10 pieces) – Single Orders are shipped according to weight (One Tag - 80¢; Two Tags and more add extra ounce 24¢ each tag.)
